1. Is it possible to buy Lulu de Paluza's clothes in a stationary store?

Unfortunately no. The sale takes place only through the website. However, you can try on the clothes and return them if necessary within 14 days without giving a reason.

2. Do I need to register to place an order?

No, you don’t. You can quickly make purchases using a simplified Guest profile without creating an account. However, a client account is such a great convenience for your orders, complaints or returns.

3. How to create a customer account?

To create the customer account you need to clik on the “Login/ Registration” icon located in the upper right corner of the Lulu de Paluza website. In order to complete the registration, you need to confirm your subscription by activate link which will be sent on the e-mail address provided in the registration form. After your confirmation, you will be able to log into your account.

4. Can I place an individual order?

Yes, you can. In order to place an individual order, please contact our Customer Service Office by phone (0048) 724 400 200 or e-mail: bok@luludepaluza.com. Individual orders are not refundable or exchangeable.

5. What are your Customer Service hours?

Customer Service hours of operation are Monday through Friday, from 9am-5pm (CEST).

6. How can I receive an invoice?

In order to obtain an invoice, please send your invoice data using the contact form or e-mail address: bok@luludepaluza.com giving the order number in the content / title of the email.

7. How does the order process work?

After placing an order at www.luludepaluza.com, making a payment by using one of the available payment methods and passed  it on Lulu de Paluza account – your order will be sent to your delivery address.

8. How can I pay for my orders?

The accepted payment methods are: bank transfer directly on the Lulu de Paluza’s bank account, payment by VISA, MasterCard, fast bank transfer by the Przelewy24 service or PayPal.

9. Can I return or exchange purchased products?

Returns or exchanges can be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel. The condition for accepting the return or exchange is sending back products without any signs of use and not to breake the seal. Returns or exchanges could be made by completing the Return / Exchange Form attached to each order and sending them to the following address: Lulu de Paluza Sp. z o.o. Al. 3 Maja 7a 05-870 Błonie. The cost of returning the order is borne by the buyer, re-shipment of the goods takes place at the expense of the Lulu de Paluza store.

10. Can I withdraw my order?

Yes, you can withdraw your order before it shipped. If you want to cancel your order and have not received a confirmation message, send a withdrawing message to the following e-mail address: bok@luludepaluza.com. If the pack has been already sent, it is possible to return products in the standard procedure of return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

11. How much is the shipping fee?

In Poland, orders over PLN 500 are delivered free of charge. The fee for shipment of orders below PLN 500 is PLN 19.90

12. Is my data safe?

Personal data is used by Lulu de Paluza only after gain appceptance to their use in order to: execute orders, inform about new products, promotions, events and services provided in the Lulu de Paluza store and they do not made available to third parties. According to applicable regulations, everyone has the rightto check, modify, update or delete own personal data.In addition, the Lulu de Paluza website is protected by an SSL certificate. If you want to check your details, log into the customer panel or write to us at: bok@luludepaluza.com.
